One rule, compared across countries
A country page answers “what does this authority require?”. These pages ask the opposite question — take one rule, and show what every authority writes about it. The answers do not agree, and that disagreement is the point.
Measurements are not what most applications fail on.
Rejections cluster around the things people assume are universal — glasses, expression, head covering, how old the photo may be. Those rules are set per country and they contradict each other.
How these pages are built
Every verdict carries the authority's own wording and a link to the page it was read from, with the date it was checked. Where an authority publishes photo requirements but says nothing about the rule in question, it is listed as not stated — we do not infer an answer from silence. One rule is covered so far, across 9 authorities.
